Undoubtedly the funniest and most original sketch comedy star of recent years
The Guardian
A blisteringly original sketch performer
Radio Times

Brian Limond, or Limmy, came to the world’s attention with his anarchic website and podcasts (who can forget the genius of his Xylophone). After performing hugely successful stand-up, including at the Glasgow International Comedy Festival, The Comedy Unit worked with him on his own 6 part series for BBC Scotland which he wrote, directed and starred in.

Accurately described as “The most blisteringly original sketch show on TV” RADIO TIMES and after huge critical acclaim, it returned for a third series which aired on BBC SCOTLAND. In 2013, he won his second BAFTAScotland Award for Best Comedy/Entertainment Programme.

He recently wrote and performed a sketch for BBC iPlayer, FUNNY VALENTINE, which was their most viewed short. He has appeared in such shows as the IT CROWD, POMPIDOU and CHARLIE BROOKER’S WEEKLY WIPES.

This August Brian will be performing ‘Daft Wee Stories’ at the Edinburgh Fringe – visit our Edinburgh Festival page for full details.

And in September, Brian will be bringing his favorite characters to the stage as Limmy Live! hits London’s Eventim (Hammersmith) Apollo, and Salford’s Lowry Theatre on the back of his sell out residency at the SECC earlier in the year. Tickets available via the links below.
